Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.
Cash payments are available for walk-in customers.

Advance Payments:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window:
Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund. 40% of the paid amount will be deducted and 60% of the amount will be refunded to the booking holder.
 

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.
 

How to Cancel:
Customers can cancel their bookings through their online accounts or by contacting us via phone or email.
 

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
 

Refund Timeline:
Online payment refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash refunds can be collected directly from the facility within 7 days of cancellation.
 

Non-Refundable Cases:
No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Payments made for completed services or consumed activities are non-refundable.
