2.3 Payments: We accept online payments via major bank cards and cash payments for walk-in customers.
2.4 Cancellations and Refunds: Bookings cancelled 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Refunds for late cancellations or no-shows are not guaranteed.
3. Facility Use
3.1 Reservations: Use of the football pitch, padel courts, and electronic games are strictly by booking or availability for walk-in customers.
3.2 Damage Liability: Customers are responsible for any damages to equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
3.3 Safety: Customers must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Al Jazira District is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance or misuse of facilities.
4. Cafes and Restaurants
4.1 Food and Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by management.
4.2 Reservations: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless prior reservations are made.
